Hardness: White Oak has a hardness level of 1360 Janka. White Oak is a hard and heavy wood, with a medium-bending and crushing strength, low in stiffness, but very good in steam-bending. It has great wear-resistance.
Fun Facts: The tallest White Oak was the size of 12 African elephants stacked, standing 145 ft tall. Their lifespan is approximately 300 years, with some living to the 600 year mark.
